Yes, I have to redo this episode. I don't know if you can understand something but the point is that carbs are good and are an important brick in our diet.
The main idea is to understand the difference between good and bad carbs and not say "yes but fruits contain sugar as well".
I rather see all people around the world eating lots of fruits all day long than eating chocolate bars, candies, sweets etc.
Another important thing is to organize your carbs like pasta, potatoes, and rice. Try to have been 3 times more and 2 times more vegetables than the protein and with time to decrease to 2 times and at the same time increase the quantity of the vegetables.

push a lot in having lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. the ratio in my opinion is to have the same amount of animal protein and carbs and then double the amount of veggies. but the golden rule is "if you are hungry ...EAT❗" don't wait for a nutritionist or personal trainer to allow you to eat more because the calculations that they did base on your age, gender, weight, muscle mass etc. are bot reflecting what happens in your life. you are not just a machine that walks every day and you need this amount of fuel.
