Most of the cases of obesity come from long periods of stress that puts pressure on people, create black thoughts and depression.
Usually, stress comes from fear of speaking, fear of losing people that we love but with all of this we destroy ourselves from inside to outside and is the worst thing that could happen.
The best way to release the fear and still keep the people you love is to write down when you are angry and want to say only bad things. Write down, write down, write down!

We have this instinct to not be accountable for our own actions and is normal but we can change this and when we change this we can see very clearly where the problems are and find the solutions but if we still keep going with the idea that is everyone's fault I suggest to open your fridge and take a look.
The things that you put in your fridge you put it with your own hand, you spend the money on it and you will eat it or throw and be part of the big wastage.

Don't stick only to the idea of the lack of sport make you sick or that bad food make you sick.
The liver's main job is to clean your blood. All the bad vibes, mood emotions will grow inside of your body the quantity of bad hormones and as you know some hormones can become very toxic.
When the environment inside of your body is toxic, all the organs especially ones that are part of the digestion system will not do their job properly.
