Don't stick only to the idea of the lack of sport make you sick or that bad food make you sick.
The liver's main job is to clean your blood. All the bad vibes, mood emotions will grow inside of your body the quantity of bad hormones and as you know some hormones can become very toxic.
When the environment inside of your body is toxic, all the organs especially ones that are part of the digestion system will not do their job properly.

Oftentimes people who are determined to lose weight begin their process by buying a membership to a local gym or search for PT.
But after one week, their motivation quickly disappears, as they don’t see the results they want, and struggle to find exactly what to eat.
